Cancellation & Non Attendance Policy
A non-attendance/cancellation fee may be charged if 24 hours notice is not given prior to your appointment. This fee is equivalent to your scheduled appointment (for example: Naturopath Initial Consult $185.00, Naturopath Standard Consult $95) This is payable at or before the appointed time of cancelled appointment. All outstanding invoices may be referred to a debt collection agency. Medical & unavoidable emergencies will be at my discretion. A Text and/or Email on booking is provided to all patients as well as a Confirmation Text sent approximately 2 days before appointment.
Courses will be confirmed on the provision of an official purchase order number, or 50°/o deposit paid 15 days prior to the course, with the balance due 7 days after course completion. Cancellations within 7 days of the course will be subject to full payment of course costs.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the workshop will be subject to full payment & no refund given. Payments are made through a third party, via Evenbrite or Facebook Events and not through clinic at this time.
